Our meals have a refrigerated shelf life of up to 18 days when stored according to the instructions on the packaging. Please refer to the use-by date on each meal.
Yes. All meals are fully cooked and simply require heating before serving
Yes. Meals can be frozen before the use-by date for longer storage. For best results, thaw in the refrigerator before heating.
No. We do not add artificial preservatives to our meals.
Heating instructions are provided on every package. Our meals can be heated in the microwave or oven.
The container and sealing film are both oven-safe (up to 180°C) and microwave-safe. Please follow the heating instructions on the packaging for best results.
Yes. We use premium CPET trays that are designed specifically for prepared meals.
Our packaging contains up to 80% recycled material, is fully recyclable, BPA-free, oven-safe, microwave-safe and air-fryer safe and helps reduce food waste through portion control and extended shelf life. We believe great food should be convenient while also being mindful of the environment.
Yes. Full ingredient and allergen information is clearly displayed on each product label.
Some of our meals do not contain gluten ingredients. However, all meals are prepared in the same commercial kitchen, and therefore may contain traces of gluten.
Customers with coeliac disease or severe gluten sensitivities should consider this before purchasing.
